Outpatient Treatment

What Outpatient Treatment Includes
At Yellow Wood Recovery, we offer comprehensive outpatient programs for individuals who need flexibility while addressing substance use and co-occurring conditions. Outpatient care allows you to continue working, attending school, or managing family responsibilities. For those needing a more intensive level of support, inpatient treatment may be recommended. Levels of Outpatient Care:
-
Day Treatment (PHP):
Meets four days a week, six hours per day. Provides a structured transition from inpatient care or a strong starting point for those needing substantial support. -
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):
Meets four days a week, three hours per day. Ideal for balancing treatment with work, school, or family responsibilities. -
Low-Intensity Outpatient:
Involves weekly group sessions and monthly individual therapy. Suitable for those demonstrating stability in key life areas or transitioning from higher-intensity programs.
Additional Services
-
Family Treatment:
Includes a 3-day immersive program plus ongoing support groups. Families learn about addiction, boundaries, and healthy communication. Emphasizes the “three Cs”: You didn’t cause it, can’t control it, and can’t cure it.

Outpatient Detox:
Safe and effective for mild-to-moderate withdrawal symptoms. Allows you to detox at home under professional supervision.
